With the win, Littlefield upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Brownfield (Brownfield, TX) to clash with the Cubs in a 3A Region I District 3 bout on Friday, February 3. The Cubs go into the bout with a record of 11-13. Brownfield lost 71-70 in their recent league bout against Lamesa (Lamesa, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Muleshoe Mules (Muleshoe, TX) in a 3A Region I District 3 challenge, on Friday, February 3. Denver City will attempt to improve on its 13-17 season record. The Mules come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 70-48 league loss to Littlefield (Littlefield, TX).
