Minnesota High School Basketball - Forest Lake can't hold off Mounds View

The Mounds View Mustangs basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Forest Lake Rangers to 54 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Mustangs now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stewartville for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Mounds View will battle a Tigers team coming off a 62-58 non-league loss to Goodhue (Goodhue, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 10-4.
The Rangers (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN). The Bluejackets enter the AAAA Section 7 contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, Cambridge-Isanti was nudged by North Branch (North Branch, MN), 58-48, in a non-league contest.
