New Hampshire High School Basketball - Kearsarge ripped by Gilford

The Gilford Golden Eagles basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Kearsarge Cougars to 21 in the Golden Eagles league triumph on Thursday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 15-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Inter-Lakes for a Division III contest on Friday, February 3. Gilford will meet a Lakers team coming off a 81-75 league loss to Somersworth (Somersworth, NH). The Lakers record now stands at 5-7.
The Cougars (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Monadnock (East Swanzey, NH). The Huskies enter the Division III contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Monadnock was routed by Stevens (Claremont, NH), 62-53, in a league contest.
