The Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman Jaguars basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Madelia Blackhawks to 56 in the Jaguars league triumph on Thursday.
The Jaguars now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Loyola for a A Section 2 contest on Tuesday, February 7. Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 71-43 non-league win over St. Clair (St. Clair, MN). The Crusaders record now stands at 14-5.
The Blackhawks (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against Alden-Conger (Alden, MN). The Knights enter the A Section 2 contest with a 6-11 record.
