River Dell Golden Hawks (Oradell, NJ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Indian Hills Braves (Oakland, NJ), 57-41 in a league bout.

With the victory, River Dell upgrades its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Golden Hawks host Pascack Hills (Montvale, NJ) to play the Broncos in a Big North - Patriot bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Broncos come into the bout with a record of 7-8. Pascack Hills won 58-54 in their recent non-league bout against Glen Rock (Glen Rock, NJ)

Next up, the Braves play the Westwood Cardinals (Washington Township, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Indian Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Cardinals come into the bout with a 8-10 record after their 55-47 non-league loss to West Milford (West Milford, NJ).
