The Lakeview Lakers basketball team scored 79 points and restricted the visiting Tracy-Milroy-Balaton Panthers to 50 in the Lakers league victory on Thursday.

The Lakers now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Minneota for a A Section 3 contest on Tuesday, February 7. Lakeview will battle a Vikings team coming off a 56-46 league win over Yellow Medicine East (Granite Falls, MN). The Vikings record now stands at 6-11.

The Panthers (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Canby (Canby, MN). The Lancers come into the A Section 3 contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Canby was routed by Russell-Tyler-Ruthton (Tyler, MN), 76-61, in a league contest.
