The Malden Golden Tornados (Malden, MA) basketball knocked off the host Lynn Classical Rams (Lynn, MA), 47-37 in Thursday's league test.
The Golden Tornados (10-7) will now prepare for their test against Revere (Revere, MA). The Patriots go into the Greater Boston test with a 7-9 record. In their last test, Revere notched a victory over Chelsea (Chelsea, MA), 60-37, in a league test.
The Rams now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Lynn English for a Greater Boston test on Tuesday, February 7. Lynn Classical will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 74-56 league win over Everett (Everett, MA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-0.
