With the victory, Neuse Charter upgrades its record to 21-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Lakewood (Roseboro, NC) to play the Leopards in a 1A Conference 10 challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Leopards come into the challenge with a record of 7-12.

Next up, the Eagles play the North Duplin Rebels (Calypso, NC) in a 1A Conference 10 challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Rosewood will attempt to upgrade on its 10-9 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 75-45 league win over Union (Rose Hill, NC).
