Wisconsin High School Basketball - New Richmond knocked off by River Falls

The River Falls Wildcats basketball team scored 72 points and held the host New Richmond Tigers to 58 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hudson for a Big Rivers contest on Saturday, February 4. River Falls will battle a Raiders team coming off a 54-51 league win over Eau Claire Memorial (Eau Claire, WI). The Raiders record now stands at 13-4.
The Tigers (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Menomonie (Menomonie, WI). The Mustangs enter the Big Rivers contest with a 6-12 record. In their last contest, Menomonie ran past Eau Claire North (Eau Claire, WI), 71-62, in a league contest.
