The Whiting Warriors basketball team (Whiting, IA), was overwhelmed 60-14 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Omaha Christian Academy Eagles (Omaha, NE)
The Eagles now possess a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cornerstone Christian School for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 4. Omaha Christian Academy will battle a Cougars team coming off a 53-29 non-league win over College View Academy (Lincoln, NE). The Cougars record now stands at 12-4.
The Warriors (0-13) will now prepare for their battle against Omaha Nation (Macy, NE). The Chiefs come into the non-league battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, Omaha Nation trounced Omaha Christian Academy (Omaha, NE), 75-23, in a non-league battle.
