The Pleasant Grove Spartans tipped the visiting Shades Valley Mounties basketball team by a final score of 56-53 in Thursday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Parker Thundering Herd (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 3. Pleasant Grove will attempt to move on its 10-8 season record. The Thundering Herd enter the game with a 7-15 record after their 57-32 league win over Minor (Adamsville, AL).
With the defeat, Shades Valley moves to 13-12 on the year.
