Riverside Christian Academy Royals (Fayetteville, NC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Thomas Academy Eagles (Lake Waccamaw, NC), 73-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Riverside Christian Academy upgrades its record to 11-7 on the season. The Royals host Sandhills Classical Christian (Southern Pines, NC) to clash with the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Sandhills Classical Christian lost 84-15 in their recent non-league bout against Riverside Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Wilmington Christian Academy Patriots (Wilmington, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Thomas Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 53-48 league loss to Liberty Christian Academy (Richlands, NC).
