Nebraska High School Basketball - Garden County nips Arthur County

February 2, 2023: Arthur, NE 69121

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Garden County Eagles (Oshkosh, NE) and the host Arthur County Wolves (Arthur, NE), saw Garden County's basketball squad hold off Arthur County by a tally of 46-40.

With the victory, Garden County improves its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Eagles host Potter-Dix (Potter, NE) to play the Coyotes in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 3. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a record of 5-10. Potter-Dix won 47-25 in their recent league challenge against Banner County (Harrisburg, NE)

Next up, the Wolves play the South Platte Blue Knights (Big Springs, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 3. Arthur County will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record. The Blue Knights come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 54-37 non-league win over Paxton (Paxton, NE).
