Texas High School Basketball - Snyder routs Big Spring

In Thursday's league outing, the Snyder Tigers (Snyder, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Big Spring Steers (Big Spring, TX), by a margin of 61-31.

The Tigers (15-16) will now prepare for their outing against Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TX). The Mustangs go into the 4A Region I District 5 outing with a 13-18 record. In their last outing, Sweetwater was trounced by Levelland (Levelland, TX), 59-9, in a league outing.

The Steers now own a 8-19 record. They play next when they host Lake View for a 4A Region I District 5 outing on Friday, February 3. Big Spring will clash with a Chiefs squad coming off a 61-15 league loss to Estacado (Lubbock, TX). The Chiefs record now stands at 2-23.
