Buckeye Local Panthers (Rayland, OH) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Harrison Central Huskies (Cadiz, OH), 57-51 in a league bout.

With the win, Buckeye Local upgrades its record to 6-10 on the season.

Next up, the Huskies clash with the Steubenville Big Red (Steubenville, OH) in a Ohio Valley bout, on Thursday, February 9. Harrison Central will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record.
