The Douglass Astros basketball team (Atlanta, GA), was routed 53-27 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Carver Panthers (Atlanta, GA)
The Panthers now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Faith Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 4. Carver will battle a Titans team coming off a 53-50 non-league loss to Mt. Bethel Christian Academy (Marietta, GA). The Titans record now stands at 7-11.
The Astros (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against Carver (Atlanta, GA). The Panthers come into the AAA Region 5 battle with a 13-8 record.
