Central Minnesota Christian Bluejays (Prinsburg, MN) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks (Dawson, MN), 60-43 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Central Minnesota Christian upgrades its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Bluejays travel to Ortonville (Ortonville, MN) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 1-14. Ortonville lost 61-36 in their recent non-league bout against Yellow Medicine East (Granite Falls, MN)

Next up, the Blackjacks play the Tracy-Milroy-Balaton Panthers (Tracy, MN) in a A Section 3 bout, on Friday, February 3. Dawson-Boyd will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 63-54 league win over Yellow Medicine East (Granite Falls, MN).
