In Thursday's non-league outing, the Newark Catholic Green Wave (Newark, OH) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Danville Blue Devils (Danville, OH), by a margin of 49-27.
The Green Wave (15-3) will now prepare for their outing against Heath (Heath, OH). The Bulldogs go into the Licking County - Cardinal outing with a 12-5 record. In their last outing, Heath smashed Licking Valley (Newark, OH), 48-37, in a league outing.
