Massachusetts High School Basketball - Essex Tech knocked off by Swampscott

The Swampscott Big Blue basketball team scored 35 points and held the visiting Essex Tech Hawks to 27 in the Big Blue non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Big Blue now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winthrop for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10.
The Hawks (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Northeast Metro RVT (Wakefield, MA). The Knights enter the Commonwealth - Upper contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Northeast Metro RVT ran past Lynn Vo-Tech (Lynn, MA), 50-47, in a non-league contest.
