Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Franklin overwhelmed by Warren

The Warren Dragons basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the visiting Franklin Knights to 17 in the Dragons league victory on Thursday.
The Dragons now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oil City for a District 10 Region 5 contest on Monday, February 6. Warren will battle a Oilers team coming off a 40-28 non-league win over Bradford (Bradford, PA). The Oilers record now stands at 11-7.
The Knights (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Conneaut Area (Linesville, PA). The Eagles come into the District 10 Region 5 contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Conneaut Area crushed Meadville (Meadville, PA), 46-41, in a league match.
