In Thursday's league match, the visiting Thornton Trojans basketball team scored a good 63-55 triumph over the Gateway Olympians.
In their next game, the Trojans face the Aurora Central Trojans (Aurora, CO) in a 5A/4A Colorado match, on Tuesday, February 7. Thornton will attempt to move on its 10-8 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 8-10 record after their 48-42 league loss to Adams City (Commerce City, CO).
With the defeat, Gateway moves to 4-14 on the year. The Olympians travel to Skyview (Thornton, CO) to face the Wolverines in a 5A/4A Colorado match on Tuesday, February 7. The Wolverines enter the match with a record of 14-4.
