Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Moon Area can't hold off Lincoln Park Performing Arts

The Moon Area Tigers basketball team (Moon Township, PA), was nudged 50-49 in Thursday's league battle with the host Lincoln Park Performing Arts (Midland, PA)

The now possess a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Montour for a WPIAL 5A 4 battle on Monday, February 6. Lincoln Park Performing Arts will battle a Spartans team coming off a 45-42 non-league loss to Penn-Trafford (Harrison City, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 6-13.

The Tigers (7-12) will now prepare for their battle against West Allegheny (Imperial, PA). The Indians come into the WPIAL 5A 4 battle with a 4-12 record. In their last battle, West Allegheny was nudged by Trinity (Washington, PA), 66-37, in a league battle.
