The San Angelo Central Bobcats (San Angelo, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Midland Legacy Rebels (Midland, TX), 47-24 in Thursday's league test.
The Bobcats (19-12) will now prepare for their test against Permian (Odessa, TX). The Panthers go into the 6A Region I District 2 test with a 12-14 record. In their last test, Permian walloped Midland (Midland, TX), 25-19, in a league test.
The Rebels now own a 13-19 record. They play next when they host Frenship for a 6A Region I District 2 test on Friday, February 3. Midland Legacy will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 89-34 league win over Odessa (Odessa, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 24-6.
