The Plainfield North Tigers tipped the visiting Minooka Indians basketball team by a final score of 56-51 in Thursday's league game.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Dixon Dukes & Duchesses (Dixon, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 4. Plainfield North will attempt to move on its 21-8 season record. The Dukes & Duchesses enter the battle with a 23-5 record after their 41-24 league win over Rock Falls (Rock Falls, IL).
The Indians (13-16) will now prepare for their battle against Yorkville (Yorkville, IL). The Foxes come into the SouthWest Prairie - West battle with a 17-11 record. In their last battle, Yorkville edged Oswego East (Oswego, IL), 50-37, in a league battle.
