Illinois High School Basketball - Waubonsie Valley overwhelmed by Neuqua Valley

The Waubonsie Valley Warriors basketball team (Aurora, IL), was overwhelmed 69-41 in Thursday's league battle with the host Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL)
The Wildcats now possess a 18-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DeKalb for a DuPage Valley battle on Tuesday, February 7. Neuqua Valley will battle a Barbs team coming off a 32-25 non-league loss to Harlem (Machesney Park, IL). The Barbs record now stands at 11-17.
The Warriors (19-6) will now prepare for their battle against St. Francis (Wheaton, IL). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 17-12 record. In their last battle, St. Francis trounced Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL), 46-29, in a league battle.
