Ohio High School Basketball - Northview can't hold off Perrysburg

The Perrysburg Yellow Jackets basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Northview Wildcats to 60 in the Yellow Jackets league triumph on Thursday.

The Yellow Jackets now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Perkins for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Perrysburg will battle a Pirates team coming off a 47-44 non-league win over Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 10-8.

The Wildcats (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Clay (Oregon, OH). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 5-15 record. In their last contest, Clay was nudged by Findlay (Findlay, OH), 54-20, in a league contest.
