Illinois High School Basketball - St. Teresa can't hold off Tuscola

The Tuscola Warriors basketball team scored 39 points and held the host St. Teresa Bulldogs to 34 in the Warriors league triumph on Thursday.
The Warriors now sport a 29-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Anthony for a non-league contest on Monday, February 6. Tuscola will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 59-36 league win over North Clay/Clay City (Louisville, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 23-5.
The Bulldogs (15-10) will now prepare for their contest against Cornerstone Christian (Bloomington, IL). The Cyclones enter the non-league contest with a 0-18 record. In their last contest, Cornerstone Christian was nudged by Tri-Valley (Downs, IL), 43-11, in a non-league contest.
