Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Taos Tigers (Taos, NM), 43-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Espanola Valley upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Sundevils travel to Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM) to play the Elks/Elkettes in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Elks/Elkettes go into the bout with a record of 4-7. Pojoaque Valley won 31-21 in their recent non-league bout against Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM)

Next up, the Tigers play the Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Taos will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Elks/Elkettes go into the bout with a 4-9 record after their 35-17 non-league loss to Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM).
