The Gateway Olympians (Aurora, CO) basketball knocked off the visiting Thornton Trojans (Thornton, CO), 21-11 in Thursday's league test.
The Olympians (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Skyview (Thornton, CO). The Wolverines go into the test with a 9-3 record.
The Trojans now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Aurora Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7. Thornton will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 49-24 non-league win over Adams City (Commerce City, CO). The Trojans record now stands at 4-3.
