California High School Soccer - Colfax knocks off Bear River

The Colfax Falcons soccer team scored 9 points and limited the host Bear River Bruins to 1 in the Falcons league victory on Thursday.

Next, the Falcons face the Golden Sierra Grizzlies (Garden Valley, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 7. Colfax will attempt to better on its 20-1 season record. The Grizzlies enter the contest with a 17-5 record after their 7-3 non-league loss to Yuba City (Yuba City, CA).

The Bruins now have a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they host Lindhurst for a Pioneer Valley League contest on Tuesday, February 7. Bear River will face a Blazers team coming off a 2-2 league Center (Antelope, CA). The Blazers record now stands at 3-12.
