Eastern View Cyclones (Culpeper, VA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host King George Foxes (King George, VA), 51-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Eastern View upgrades its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Cyclones host Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA) to play the Cougars in a bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 16-2. Courtland won 44-27 in their recent league bout against Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA)

Next up, the Foxes play the Spotsylvania Knights (Spotsylvania, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. King George will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 2-16 record after their 56-40 non-league loss to James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA).
