McCurdy Bobcats (Espanola, NM) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Escalante Lobos (Tierra Amarilla, NM), 43-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, McCurdy upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Bobcats host Mesa Vista (Ojo Caliente, NM) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 3-6.
Next up, the Lobos clash with the Questa Wildcats (Questa, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 4. Escalante will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
