The Elizabeth Forward Warriors tipped the visiting Albert Gallatin Colonials basketball team by a final score of 75-71 in Friday's league test.
The Warriors (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Uniontown (Uniontown, PA). The Red Raiders go into the WPIAL 4A 3 test with a 16-3 record. In their last test, Uniontown got by Southmoreland (Alverton, PA), 78-56, in a league test.
The Colonials now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Carrick for a non-league test on Saturday, February 3. Albert Gallatin will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 63-60 league loss to Brashear (Pittsburgh, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 7-11.
