Cranberry Area Berries (Seneca, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Allegheny-Clarion Valley Falcons (Foxburg, PA), 71-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Cranberry Area upgrades its record to 11-8 on the season. The Berries travel to Clarion Area (Clarion, PA) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 7. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 10-6.

Next up, the Falcons play the Cambridge Springs Devils (Cambridge Springs, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Allegheny-Clarion Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Devils go into the bout with a 11-5 record after their 51-31 league win over Maplewood (Guys Mills, PA).
