Antioch Panthers (Antioch, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Freedom Falcons (Oakley, CA), 50-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Antioch upgrades its record to 9-15 on the season. The Panthers travel to Deer Valley (Antioch, CA) to clash with the Wolverines in a Bay Valley bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 12-12. Deer Valley lost 83-75 in their recent league bout against Liberty (Brentwood, CA)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Heritage Patriots (Brentwood, CA) in a Bay Valley bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Freedom will attempt to upgrade on its 5-19 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 8-16 record after their 76-53 league loss to Pittsburg (Pittsburg, CA).
