Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Aragon Dons (San Mateo, CA) and the visiting Woodside Wildcats (Woodside, CA), saw Aragon's basketball squad hold off Woodside by a count of 44-41.

With the victory, Aragon upgrades its record to 12-10 on the campaign. The Dons travel to San Mateo (San Mateo, CA) to play the Bearcats in a Peninsula - Ocean challenge on Wednesday, February 7. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-13. San Mateo lost 59-56 in their recent league challenge against Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Sequoia Ravens (Redwood City, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Woodside will attempt to upgrade on its 15-5 season record. The Ravens come into the challenge with a 8-12 record after their 62-55 league win over Westmoor (Daly City, CA).
