The Colorado Wolves (Colorado City, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Bangs Dragons (Bangs, TX), 57-29 in Friday's league test.

The Wolves (7-21) will now prepare for their test against Miles (Miles, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Region I District 8 test with a 15-7 record. In their last test, Miles overwhelmed Coleman (Coleman, TX), 47-31, in a league bout.

Next up, the Dragons clash with the Roscoe Plowboys (Roscoe, TX) in a 2A Region I District 8 bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Bangs will attempt to upgrade on its 0-25 season record. The Plowboys go into the bout with a 12-8 record after their 42-34 league win over Winters (Winters, TX).
