Nebraska High School Basketball - Minatare knocked off by Banner County

The Banner County Wildcats basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Minatare Indians to 39 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sioux County for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Banner County will meet a Warriors team coming off a 55-24 non-league win over Oelrichs (Oelrichs, SD). The Warriors record now stands at 4-14.
The Indians (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Cody-Kilgore (Cody, NE). The Cowboys/Cowgirls enter the non-league contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Cody-Kilgore was defeated by Crawford (Crawford, NE), 63-58, in a league contest.
