Bellaire Eagles (Bellaire, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Central Lake Trojans (Central Lake, MI), 71-56 in a league bout.

With the win, Bellaire upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Pellston (Pellston, MI) to play the Hornets in a Ski-Valley bout on Wednesday, February 7. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 1-12. Pellston lost 83-49 in their recent league bout against Inland Lakes (Indian River, MI)

Next up, the Trojans play the Forest Area Warriors (Fife Lake, MI) in a Ski-Valley bout, on Wednesday, February 7. Central Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record.
