The Veritas Christian Academy Warriors basketball team scored 84 points and held the visiting Bethel Christian Academy Crusaders to 46 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy for a Western Piedmont contest on Monday, February 5. Veritas Christian Academy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 61-22 league loss to Lake Lure Classical Academy (Lake Lure, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 5-10.

The Crusaders (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Lure Classical Academy (Lake Lure, NC). The Raptors enter the non-league contest with a 16-3 record. In their last contest, Lake Lure Classical Academy triumphed over Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy (Asheville, NC), 61-22, in a league contest.
