The Bethel Park Black Hawks basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Connellsville Falcons to 49 in the Black Hawks league triumph on Friday.
The Black Hawks now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Peters Township for a WPIAL 5A 1 contest on Saturday, February 3. Bethel Park will meet a Indians team coming off a 84-41 league win over Ringgold (Monongahela, PA). The Indians record now stands at 13-5.
The Falcons (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Ringgold (Monongahela, PA). The Rams enter the WPIAL 5A 1 contest with a 3-15 record. In their last contest, Ringgold was routed by Peters Township (McMurray, PA), 84-41, in a league contest.
