The Boyer Valley Bulldogs (Dunlap, IA) basketball knocked off the host Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders (Coon Rapids, IA), 80-65 in Friday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs (5-16) will now prepare for their test against West Harrison (Mondamin, IA). The Hawkeyes go into the non-league test with a 5-16 record. In their last test, West Harrison went down by Woodbine (Woodbine, IA), 50-43, in a league test.

The Crusaders now own a 16-6 record. They play next when they host Glidden-Ralston for a non-league test on Monday, February 5. Coon Rapids-Bayard will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 57-47 non-league loss to Ar-We-Va (Westside, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-13.
