Kaufman Lions (Kaufman, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Caddo Mills Foxes (Caddo Mills, TX), 77-51 in a league bout.

With the win, Kaufman upgrades its record to 21-10 on the season. The Lions travel to Farmersville (Farmersville, TX) to clash with the Farmers in a 4A Region II District 14 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Farmers go into the bout with a record of 7-20. Farmersville lost 81-50 in their recent league bout against Caddo Mills (Caddo Mills, TX)

Next up, the Foxes clash with the Community Braves (Nevada, TX) in a 4A Region II District 14 bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Caddo Mills will attempt to upgrade on its 23-6 season record. The Braves go into the bout with a 3-27 record after their 66-38 league loss to Ford (Quinlan, TX).
