Maine High School Basketball - Calais thwarts Lee Academy

The Calais Blue Devils (Calais, ME) basketball knocked off the host Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME), 60-44 in Friday's non-league test.
The Blue Devils (14-3) will now prepare for their test against Woodland (Baileyville, ME). The Dragons go into the C North test with a 2-15 record. In their last test, Woodland notched a victory over Penobscot Valley (Howland, ME), 55-43, in a league test.
The Pandas now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they travel to Central for a non-league test on Monday, February 5. Lee Academy will encounter a Red Devils squad coming off a 58-43 non-league loss to Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME). The Red Devils record now stands at 4-13.
