First Quarter
Good back and fourth first quarter.
Second Quarter
4 turnovers that turned into quick baskets for the opposition. Defensive breakdowns for CCA led to multiple wide open baskets. HCA played a box and one and completely smothered Jackson Suttles only allowing him one shot in the first half. Calvary set no screens too try and get him open and spent a lot of time playing isolation basketball.
Third Quarter
Calvary did not respond well coming out of the half starting the half with a defensive lapse and a wide open layup for HCA, and a quick turnover. 5 turnovers and isolation basketball diminished any possible hopes and getting back into the game.
Fourth Quarter
the 4th quarter was more of the same with 5 more turnovers and guys forcing bad shots. HCA did a great job of shutting out Calvary's second leading scorer, Jackson Suttles and his teammates did nothing to help him get open. HCA finished smart and went into a stall to eat up the clock, and Calvary could not generate any defensive pressure. It was a disappointing and frustrating performance by a team trying to solidify a playoff spot in the ACAA West.
