The Camp Point Central Panthers (Camp Point, IL) basketball crushed the host Rushville-Industry Rockets (Rushville, IL), 71-40 in Friday's league test.

The Panthers (17-6) will now prepare for their test against Van-Far (Vandalia, MO). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 15-4 record. In their last test, Van-Far walloped Mark Twain (Center, MO), 78-47, in a league test.

The Rockets now own a 8-14 record. They play next when they travel to West Prairie for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 6. Rushville-Industry will encounter a Cyclones squad coming off a 54-44 league loss to Bushnell-Prairie City (Bushnell, IL). The Cyclones record now stands at 3-21.
