The Guthrie Bluejays basketball team (Guthrie, OK), was toppled 60-41 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Carl Albert Titans (Midwest City, OK)

The Titans now possess a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shawnee for a 5A District 1 battle on Tuesday, February 6. Carl Albert will confront a Wolves team coming off a 65-47 league loss to Crossings Christian (Oklahoma City, OK). The Wolves record now stands at 7-12.

The Bluejays (17-3) will now prepare for their battle against Elgin (Elgin, OK). The Owls come into the 5A District 1 battle with a 8-11 record. In their last battle, Elgin was toppled by El Reno (El Reno, OK), 68-30, in a league battle.
