Iowa High School Basketball - West Delaware can't hold off Center Point-Urbana

The Center Point-Urbana Stormin' Pointers basketball team scored 66 points and held the host West Delaware Hawks to 61 in the Stormin' Pointers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Stormin' Pointers now sport a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marion for a WAMAC - West contest on Tuesday, February 6.
The Hawks (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Solon (Solon, IA). The Spartans enter the WAMAC - East contest with a 17-0 record. In their last contest, Solon nudged Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IA), 56-46, in a league contest.
