Oregon High School Basketball - Prospect knocked off by Central Christian

The Central Christian Tigers basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Prospect Cougars to 36 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gilchrist for a 1A Mountain Valley contest on Saturday, February 3. Central Christian will meet a Grizzlies team coming off a 59-50 league loss to North Lake/Paisley (Silver Lake, OR). The Grizzlies record now stands at 2-13.
The Cougars (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity Lutheran (Bend, OR). The Saints enter the 1A Mountain Valley contest with a 17-4 record. In their last contest, Trinity Lutheran ran past North Lake/Paisley (Silver Lake, OR), 74-35, in a league contest.
