The Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals basketball team (Sibley, IA), was overwhelmed 76-43 in Friday's league battle with the host Central Lyon Lions (Rock Rapids, IA)

The Lions now possess a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Unity Christian for a Siouxland battle on Tuesday, February 6. Central Lyon will confront a Knights team coming off a 71-62 league loss to MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA). The Knights record now stands at 15-4.

The Generals (2-17) will now prepare for their battle against Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA). The Warriors come into the Siouxland battle with a 9-8 record. In their last battle, Sioux Center was overwhelmed by West Lyon (Inwood, IA), 59-51, in a league battle.
